To keep our costs as low as possible, we stock a very select inventory. Most of our orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This makes for a faster delivery time, and lower shipping costs. Please be advised that while we do offer priority shipping (2nd day and Next Day), if the product is not in our inventory or is in production, the date of shipment will reflect when the product is available from our vendors.
We ship using the services provided by our vendors. Orders are always shipped the most economical method available, typically standard Ground service. If you require overnight or express delivery service, please contact us immediately for a quote.
For in-stock items, we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours, or the soonest business day. With standard shipping service, shipments usually arrive to destinations in the United States in 4-6 days unless otherwise specified on our web site or via e-mail.
Custom products require additional shipping time. If there is a production delay or if an item is back-ordered, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of the delay. We will then keep you advised when the product will be shipped, and provide any tracking information available.
Please notify us immediately if you receive a package damaged during the shipping process.
Purchase Orders & Payments: All Agency Purchase Orders require pre-authorization. If you do not wish to pre-authorize for purchase orders, a Credit Card is required. We use PayPal as our credit card vendor, but you do not have to be a PayPal member to check out using your credit card. They are simply our processing agent.
Due to high instances of chargeback fraud, ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REQUIRE PREAUTHORIZATION. There will be no exceptions. If you place an order and you are not pre-authorized, we will void the transaction. International shipments are available, however you should contact us prior to making an order to ensure that the item can be shipped internationally. Additionally, if we attempt shipment and the shipment fails do to an incorrect address or invalid delivery location, you will be held responsible for the additional re-shipment cost and any associated fees. We do not ship to parcel forwarding services or international courier services.
