Shipping & Returns
We hope you love shopping with SirenWorld. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.
We want you to be completely happy with your SirenWorld order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unopened or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Sales of custom build items are final.
Any cancellation occurring after a custom product has been sent for build-out/production are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any cancellation occurring after the product has shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be refunded less shipping costs. Defective, shipping damaged or misprinted items will be replaced at no charge. Once returned items are received they will be inspected and any refunds will be issued either electronically or by check issuance within 30 days.
Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials. Since all of our shipments are insured through UPS, FedEx or USPS, the shipping company may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Please contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will instruct you on the next steps.
If the shipment arrives with heavy visible damage, DO NOT SIGN to accept the package. Contact SirenWorld immediately.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Keep the following return policies in mind: (i) all items must be returned in new, unused condition, and will undergo quality checks. All product packaging materials--including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, tags, and any other materials in the original shipment--must be returned with your returned item(s), (ii) our return policy is subject to each Manufacturer-Partner's individual return policy, which my vary from the SirenWorld policy, in which case, the Manufacturer-Partner's policy prevails, and, (iii) we do not cover postage expense on returned items unless there are special circumstances which qualify for return postage covered by SirenWorld.
Custom manufactured products, unless defective, are not eligible for returns or refunds, but may be exchanged for in-store credit at the discretion of SirenWorld staff. Closeout, clearance or used products are also not eligible for refunds or returns and are sold as-is with no warranty implied. Substitutions of Closeout or Clearance products are at the sole discretion of SirenWorld. All decisions regarding refunds and exchanges made by SirenWorld are final.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for SirenWorld to process your return.
Orders are processed same-day for all orders received by 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday for non-customized, in-stock merchandise.
Shipping rates are calculated by United States Postal Service. While your package may not arrive via USPS, we find the rates to be the most competitive in the industry. During sales or promotions, Free or Flat Rate Shipping may be offered and ships same or next business day for receipt within 4-6 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. Free and economy shipping does not have a delivery guarantee and SirenWorld reserves the right to select the carrier.
Expect an extended delivery date (typically 7-10 business days) when:
- Merchandise requires personalization, customization, or build out by the manufacturer
- Merchandise is shipped direct from the manufacturer
- Merchandise is of an irregular size or weight that doesn't allow for standard delivery
- Merchandise is a lightbar, light stick, interior lightbar, or other customized light product
- Merchandise is a build-to-order product such as push bumpers, prisoner partitions, consoles, which can have lead times of 3-5 weeks.
- Merchandise is on back order from the manufacturer (We make every effort to keep our customers updated of any backorders or extended lead times)
In the case of a backorder, all items may be delayed until all items are available for shipment. Orders may be expedited or shipped as soon as products become available by request, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
To keep our costs as low as possible, we stock a very select inventory. Most of our orders which require customization are built and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please be advised that while we may offer priority shipping (2nd day and Next Day), if the product is a custom build, not in our inventory, or is in a production cycle, the date of shipment will reflect when the product is available from our vendors.
Please also note that heavy or bulky items are NOT eligible for flat rate or economy shipping and the shipping rates are based on the product weight and package dimensions.
